Terms of Service

These terms apply to WinaltSpace, the business management service operated by Winalt Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited ("Winalt", "we", "us"), a company based in Pakistan. By creating a WinaltSpace workspace or connecting an account, you agree to these terms. If you use WinaltSpace for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

The service

WinaltSpace is a hosted application for running a business: customers, quotes, invoices, expenses, tools, compliance checklists, social account figures and related tasks. Features, limits and plans may change, and we will give notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for.

Your account

You are responsible for your workspace, the people you add to it, their passwords and everything done under your account. Keep credentials confidential, turn on two-factor sign-in where it is offered, and tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.

Your data

You own the data you put into WinaltSpace. You give us permission to process it only so we can provide, secure and support the service. You can export your data and close your workspace at any time. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.

Connected social accounts

You may connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. WinaltSpace reads figures such as followers, views and likes and, for the permissions you approve, can publish and manage posts, comments, ads and messages on those accounts, but only when someone in your workspace tells it to. You must follow the terms of each platform you connect, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards. You are responsible for what is published or sent through your accounts, and you can disconnect an account in WinaltSpace or withdraw access on the platform at any time. If a platform changes or withdraws its access, the related figures may stop updating, and we are not responsible for that.

Acceptable use

You agree not to break the law using the service, upload content you have no right to, try to access another customer's data, probe or disrupt the service, resell it without our written agreement, or use it to send spam or abuse other people.

Fees

Any paid plan, its price and billing period are shown when you sign up or upgrade, and you will be told before prices change. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.

Availability

We work to keep WinaltSpace available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may suspend access to carry out maintenance, to deal with security issues, or if these terms are broken.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending these terms

You can stop using WinaltSpace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. When a workspace is closed, we delete its data as described in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
